Assistance Dog Welcome Sticker from Pfotenpiloten

Würzburg: assistance dog friendly!

Würzburg is assistance dog friendly. Further developments will be posted here shortly.

The District Office for the District of Würzburg warmly welcomes assistance dogs.

The city's Inclusion Officer and Disability Officer hold up the Pfotenpiloten information poster. Next to them is an assistance dog team with a guide stick for the blind and the brown Labrador with a harness. The district administrator can be seen on the far right of the picture.
The district of Würzburg is currently applying for the title of “Assistance dog-friendly municipality”. The inclusion officer at the district office, Fabienne Erk (from left), the district’s disability officer, Ernst Joßberger, Sibylle Brandt as a person affected and District Administrator Thomas Eberth are campaigning for the acceptance of these special four-legged friends as an important aid for people with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
